Our Mission and Values
Cornerstone Community Outreach is one of the most innovative nonprofit recovery programs in Denver. It is dedicated to fostering recovery and reintegration for individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and justice involvement in Colorado and the Denver area. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support through transitional housing connection, recovery programs, and vocational training. We are guided by values of dignity, self-sufficiency, and community empowerment, believing that everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
Cornerstone Community Outreach programs are designed to address the core challenges of early recovery, offering individualized treatment plans, peer coaching and mentorship, and essential resources to help participants achieve long-term sobriety and personal growth.
Our Comprehensive Services
Transitional Housing Support

Recovery and Clinical Support
