Our mission is to support individuals navigating the complex challenges of being unhoused, justice involvement, and early recovery by addressing critical barriers to stability; stable housing, employment, community connection, and essential resources.
Cornerstone Community Outreach is dedicated to transforming lives by providing essential support to individuals overcoming addiction, homelessness, and justice involvement. Our holistic approach combines transitional sober living resources with vocational training, peer support, therapy, and case management services.
